For all incoming 7th and 8th grade girls, Mount Ogden volleyball will be holding open gym practices for anyone who would like to come on Tuesday, August 11th, and Thursday, August 13th, from 8:00am to 10:00am.  Please show up dressed to play in shorts, t-shirt and athletic shoes.  Each girl will need to bring their
